Making Possible: - Review, analyze and prioritize Helpdesk calls to ensure the delivery of quality 2nd and 3rd line support. - Mentor and assist junior staff on more complex issues. - Work with the team to ensure processes and documentation are kept up to date. - Produce & maintain detailed, high-level work plans covering full project life cycle - initiation, design, development & build, test, integration, transition & launch. - Analyze support issues to identify common themes and opportunities for potential improvements with a drive towards SAP standard. - Assist user Administration, Master Data, and pre-defined standard changes (PSC’s). - Assist...
