Operates and maintains site FMCS and BAS automation systems. Performs preventative, predictive, and RCM maintenance on "all" site facilities systems. Must work across "all" specialties/disciplines in performance of PMs, corrective maintenance, trouble calls, design, project management, system startup and commissioning, vendor interface, contract coordination, and inspection activities.
