Job Summary: The Senior Scientist, Method Development develops and optimizes complex bioanalytical methods, ensuring clear documentation, effective method transfer, and technical guidance to laboratory teams and project stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing: - Develop reliable extraction, chromatographic, and mass spectrometric procedures for complex bioanalytical methods - Document method development activities in accordance with established processes and procedures - Communicate project progress and technical challenges to Associate Director and Project Management - Present method development data at Prevalidation Committee Meetings - Collaborate independently with Project Management and clients to provide project updates - Guide wet laboratory staff through clear technical instruction and communication - Support analytical teams during method hand-off following suc...
