This role works closely with field technicians, customers, and internal partners to help ensure service commitments are met and a high-quality customer experience is delivered. The JEP Desk Agent must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, navigate several systems efficiently, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
