Job description

What You Will Do: As a Test Engineer Level 2 at Independent Software, you will support and execute system test and evaluation (T&E) activities for mission-critical programs. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and conducting test events, as well as collecting and analyzing performance data to support system validation and decision-making. You will apply test methodologies, statistical analysis, and modeling and simulation techniques to evaluate system performance. In this role, you will work more independently and contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting efforts.
