Job Description: - Understand and execute HIS International/account product initiatives of assigned programs from fabric sourcing through style development up until official bulk production handoff. - Manage key calendar deliverables (development t&a) and serve up creative solutions as needed to meet key deadlines. - Partner with designers to understand key ideas and executes product/program intent seasonally with a right the first-time product execution goal. - Lead the charge in tech set up meetings to engineer right first-time product in an efficient and cost-effective manner; presenting style engineering recommendations, cost effective components, and market research. - Manages raw materials strategy for assigned programs, and partners with cross-functional teams/partners to leverage pricing, best time and action, and quality. - Understand and use learnings from global raw materials opportunities to manage business by keep track of historical piece goods costing and materials/yarn price hike. - Procure raw materia...
