Operating within a client-centric Education Services organization, this role focuses on delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences while developing and maintaining high-quality training content. The Education Architect enables customer success by translating complex solution capabilities into practical, real-world applications, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, and Education teams to ensure alignment with product evolution, implementation needs, and customer outcomes.
