Job DetailsJob Location: Louisville - Louisville, KY 40299Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: DaySummary: The Sales Inventory Coordinator will oversee the entire Machine Sales inventory process for Brandeis Machinery & Supply Co. Job Responsibilities: Purchase Orders Order Forecasting – Prepare and provide information needed for inventory meetings. Purchase Orders – Create and/or enter Purchase Orders for stock and sold machines including Certified Rental and Bramco MPS. Order Acknowledgements – Review and correct any discrepancies on orders with the manufacturers. Order Revisions – Revise and communicate any change orders with the manufacturer. Create EMT’s to notify branches of incoming equipment. Machine Shipments: Freight Arrangements – Coordinate with carriers the movement of incoming machines for stock or sale. EMT Updates – revise and print EMT’s to branches to notify of the arrival of the equipment with specs and instructions’. Inventory Control: Order Receipt – Input all inventory into computer.
