Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Flow/Coordination - Coordinate and assist with the timely flow of patients and families. Monitor individual patient cycle times to ensure patients are seen and treated as quickly and appropriately as possible. Assist technologists with room clean up and turnover. Identify bottle necks and work independently or with a team to resolve. De-escalate those in need due to extended wait times or less than satisfactory experiences. Environment of Care - Assume responsibility for an orderly and safe environment. Ensure and monitor a MR safe work environment, identifying unsafe working conditions and taking corrective action. Assure proper storage, and stock, of supplies. Communicate with environmental services to maintain a clean and safe environment. Prepare exam and prep rooms, weigh stations and work rooms daily, restocking as necessary. Understand and adhere to all applicable regulatory standards. Customer Service - Patient - Act as a customer advocate and strive to better meet the needs of, and to support, patients and/or families.
