They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. The Office & Facilities Team Lead will also perform administrative tasks as assigned (including but not limited to timesheets and inventory management). Team Leads act as motivators, supervisors, and mentors.
