The Senior Human Resources Business Partner helps the business meet its goals by aligning HR strategies with business objectives at the regional and/or functional level within Indiana University Health. This individual partners with business leaders and team members to identify and implement strategies and action plans across a variety of areas, including talent management, engagement, workforce planning, leader and team development, and change management. They will operate as a trusted, strategic business advisor with deep subject matter expertise in HR.
