Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lead Control Software Engineer to join our FACTS Controls team in Saratoga Springs, NY. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced control systems for high-power reactive compensation technologies, including STATCOM and SVC systems. This position combines technical leadership, hands-on control software development, and project execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in power system controls, strong experience with simulation and real-time testing, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers while interfacing with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
