The Role: We are currently growing our Toronto team and are looking for passionate RMTs who enjoy creating personalized, high-quality guest experiences within a luxury wellness environment. At AIRE, our approach focuses on therapeutic and relaxing services tailored to each guest’s individual needs while delivering an elevated hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Perform massage treatments and AIRE signature rituals in accordance with company protocols and CMTO standards. Customize treatments based on each guest’s individual needs and preferences. Communicate all relevant information about treatments and products used while adhering to AIRE service standards and protocols. Ensure consistency and attention to detail during all services, including couples treatments. Create a relaxing and professional environment that enhances the overall guest journey. Operational Excellence: Prepare treatment rooms before each service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup.
