The Enterprise Solution Consultant supports Five9’s strategic resell partners by helping them position, sell, and design cloud contact center solutions for enterprise customers. This role blends technical sales, solution consulting, partner enablement, and enterprise architecture. The SC acts as a trusted advisor across partner-led sales cycles, helping translate business needs into clear Five9 solution designs, demos, and technical guidance.
