What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across Ready Mix operations to ensure consistent, high‑performing concrete products. - Conduct routine field testing, mix evaluations, and jobsite inspections while troubleshooting quality issues with a solutions‑focused, collaborative approach. - Partner closely with operations, production, sales, and customer teams to provide technical support and maintain strong customer satisfaction. - Support optimization of mix designs, material usage, and production processes to improve consistency, performance, and operational efficiency. - Maintain accurate quality data, documentation, and reports to support transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
