As a Regional Vice President (RVP), you will lead and oversee a team of Regional Managers within an assigned market area covering Ontario Region (aligned with Canadian Banking Ontario Region, i.e., all Ontario with the exclusion of the GTA/Toronto Region), ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Supporting the Senior Vice-President, Scotia Financial Planning & Investment Distribution, the Regional Vice-President will lead and drive a customer-focused culture, developing and executing business development strategies through a financial planning framework and recruitment of Regional Managers and Financial Planners, contributing to the expansion of the Scotia Financial Planning team.
