AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Wellness Coordinator at one of our beautiful Independent Living Communities in Fort Gratiot, MI! The Wellness Coordinator will have the unique opportunity to grow their own business within Advisacare, much like a franchisee! The Wellness Coordinator assesses the needs of the client in the community setting and admits to services, is responsible for ensuring our standards of care are provided by the HHA/ CNA, and working side by side with your clients getting to know them on a personal level. Along with personal cares, the Wellness Coordinator is responsible for the entirety of their community. Ensuring staff has all the support needed to provide our high standards of care by providing training and on going support, working along with the Executive Director, and light office duties.
