About the Role: The Total Rewards Analyst supports Billtrust’s compensation, benefits, and payroll functions, partnering closely with the Total Rewards leader and senior team members to ensure accurate program administration, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and process documentation, focusing your expertise on the accuracy and integrity that total rewards work demands. This role sits at the intersection of HR operations and people data, with broad exposure across global compensation benchmarking, multi-country benefits administration, and payroll support. It requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of discretion with confidential information, and the ability to operate independently on well-scoped work while flagging ambiguity early.
