Qualifications: Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time. - Help maintain and update information in Salesforce by keeping account and dealer records accurate, reviewing data for errors or missing details, and making updates based on requests from the sales team - Support basic reporting and data checks by pulling data from Salesforce or internal tools, organizing it into simple reports, and reviewing it to make sure the information is correct and consistent - Assist with small projects and process documentation by helping track progress, organizing information, and writing clear step by step documentation so processes are easy to understand and repeat - Help track requests related to billing and contracts by keeping a record of open items, organizing supporting information like pricing or agreements, and making sure requests are followed through - Coordinate with teams like sales, finance, and legal for follow-ups by helping communicate updates, checking on the status of requests, and making sure nothing gets stuck or delayed - Other duties as assigned - Cur...
