Job description

To lead the development and execution of a benefits realization strategy across a portfolio of projects, ensuring measurable financial outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives. This role will act as a key link between program delivery teams, MAST senior Leadership and other leaderships across the business by driving value assurance and embedding benefits-focused thinking across the organization. Essential Functions: Benefits realization, Framework: Design, implement, and maintain a robust benefits realization framework for all projects and programs. Ensure benefits are clearly defined, quantified, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle. Financial Value Delivery: Partner with Finance and Program Directors to identify, validate, and monitor financial benefits. Provide regular reporting on benefits achievement against targets, highlighting variances and corrective actions. Strategic Oversight: Maintain visibility of interdependencies and risks that could impact benefits delivery.
