We are recruiting at Tinubu a Vice President of Engineering to lead our credit engineering team.This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The Vice President of Engineering oversees the design , development , testing and maintenance of the new platform. Consequently this role includes the management of two divisions. Responsibilities : Requirements : - Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and product vision. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, including software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and technical managers.
