The Strategy, Business Excellence and Transformation (SBET) team sits at the centre of Alkermes Operations, ensuring that strategy is translated into effective execution. The team connects strategic planning, performance management, and transformation delivery, while embedding Operational Excellence and Business Process Excellence across the organisation. Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Technical Operations, EHS, and site teams, SBET provides the governance, frameworks, and capabilities that enable consistent, high-quality performance and drive continuous improvement at scale. Our Graduate Program: Our two-year graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to build real-world experience across two critical areas of Operations: Operational Excellence and Business Process Excellence. You’ll rotate across both teams, spending one year in each, gaining hands-on experience, working with cross-functional teams, and contributing to meaningful improvement and transformation initiatives.
