usiness Development Manager (B2B Signage & Graphics) Location: Indianapolis, IN (North Indy) Compensation: $45,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $90K–$120K+) About Us: We are a commercial signage and large-format graphics company serving businesses across Central Indiana. Our work includes vehicle wraps, wall graphics, exterior signage, trade show displays, and more. We are rebuilding and growing—and we’re looking for a true business development professional to help drive that growth. The Role: This is a hunter role . You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound efforts, relationship building, and closing deals. This is not a role for someone who waits on inbound leads. Success here comes from creating opportunities and consistently building a pipeline. Compensation: Base Salary: $45,000: Commission (uncapped, paid on collected revenue): - 5% of revenue generated after $10,000 - 7% of revenue generated once monthly revenue exceeds $40,000 Margin Protection Policy: - Full commission (5% / 7%) paid on jobs with ≥ 65% gross margin Reduced commission on lower-margin jobs: 3% commission on jobs with 40%–64% gross margin Minimum margin requirement: - Jobs below...
