Essential Functions: - Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases - Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles - Perform surgery - Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results - Prescribes medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery - Advise patients about treatments and foot and ankle care techniques necessary for prevention of future problems - Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team - Provide health promotion and preventive medicine - Perform wound care management as...
