Respiratory Quality Manager - ( 260000XZ ) Description Under the leadership of the Respiratory Director, the Respiratory Quality Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for charge capture accuracy, auditing methodologies, and quality improvement initiatives within Respiratory Care Services (RCS). This includes ensuring full compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulatory requirements, mitigating financial and operational risks, and advancing organizational excellence through data‑driven evaluation and decision‑making. The manager is accountable for preventing missed billing opportunities, monitoring EKG and respiratory procedure workflows, and maintaining robust controls that safeguard revenue integrity and long‑term financial sustainability. In addition, the Respiratory Quality Manager is responsible for ongoing daily operational issues, providing administrative support to the Respiratory Care Services Director/Manager as assigned, and leading or participating in the planning, direction, and implementation of departmental projects.
