The role: As Manager Accounting & Reporting NL, you are the financial backbone of our Dutch manufacturing operations. You lead, coach, and develop a team of two experienced GL accountants while working closely with the Senior Manager Accounting & Reporting EMEA. You take end-to-end ownership of the Dutch accounting & reporting activities, from month-end close and IFRS reporting to tax, audit, payroll accounting, and internal controls. You act as the first point of contact for accounting-related matters within the Dutch organization and play a key role in translating the financial impact of production, inventory, and cost developments into clear and reliable reporting.
