Job description

SALARY $17.20 per hour: *APPLICANT MUST BE A CURRENT JOB CORPS STUDENT*: Description: Reports to the food services supervisor or designee. Assists the cooks and cook helpers in preparation of student meals in compliance with government and management directives. Essential Functions: Must be reliable and willing to work evenings and some weekends and in good standing with a privilege level of at least Silver and have to have been on Center for a minimum of 90 days. - Perform clean‑up and sanitation duties in the food preparation, storage and dish room areas to ensure adequate health standards at all times. - Provide adequate supply of food and transfer merchandise ingredients to cooking area as instructed by the cook or designee. - Student snack bar, clean outside area and other duties as assigned in the Admin Building.
