The PENTA Building Group is seeking dedicated Senior Quality Superintendents to join our team in Los Angeles County & Orange County ! A PENTA Senior Quality Superintendent supports the project teams with the management and coordination of the quality control process on each assigned project. The ideal candidate for this role must be a flexible self-starter with a strong work ethic that stems from extensive experience across a wide variety of project types. At PENTA, a Senior Quality Superintendent is responsible for: - Participating in project start-up meetings. - Developing and documenting the Quality Management Plan. - Working with Project Executive to compile checklist of hot points applicable to assigned projects (Glazing, EIFS, Roofing System, Wall Systems, Water Proofing, Sealants, Metal Panel Systems, and Swimming Pools). Gaining an understanding of the client’s needs and areas of elevated concern for quality discussed during the work acquisition phase. - Scheduling meetings with Project Manager and Project Executive to discuss QA/QC coverage and amount of time allocated.
