Description JOB SUMMARY: This is a position for a person with critical thinking skills who wants to work with a team of hard-working individuals to create a culture of respect, consideration for co-workers, and the creation of excellent work product. Candidates can expect to be well trained and given clear direction, with the expectation those tasks will be executed with care and attention to detail. Tasks will cover any and all aspects of the legal process relevant to secured lending, including but not limited to civil litigation, title litigation, and potential bankruptcy matters; drafting discovery and legal pleadings [including dispositive motions], timely correspondence with clients while providing an excellent client experience, regular communication with court officers and opposing counsel, and depositions and court appearances with a high level of preparation and competency.
