Director, Manufacturing Operations Cooling performance limits AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, photonics, power electronics, defense systems, and other high-powered compute applications. Johnson Controls addresses these constraints with advanced thermal management components enabled by its Stack Forging™ process, which creates single-piece, leak-tight metal parts with complex internal microgeometries for stronger cooling performance, lower pressure drop, and high reliability. This role generally requires 4 days onsite per week. What You’ll Do: As the Director of Manufacturing Operations , you’ll be integral to the growth and expansion of Johnson Controls. You’ll lead the efforts to select and implement our next manufacturing site, oversee the build-out and installation of equipment, and be responsible for Johnson Controls' maintenance program. You will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Manufacturing Technicians, and Facilities Engineers.
