We are hiring on behalf of a paid growth agency based in Amsterdam, working exclusively with B2B SaaS companies to build predictable demand generation engines. They work closely with founders and marketing leaders across Europe to turn paid media into a scalable pipeline channel. The Role: Our client is looking for a Paid Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, strategic thinking, and AI-driven experimentation. This is not a typical campaign execution role. You will own paid growth for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, working directly with founders and marketing leaders to translate business goals into scalable demand generation strategies. You'll think in funnels and pipeline, use data and AI tools to accelerate experimentation, and regularly present performance insights to clients. Location: Remote-first, Europe-based. Maximum two-hour time difference from CET.
