Job description

The Vice President of Clinical Operations will join our Procare Unlimited team in Southfield, MI, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will lead clinical operations, strengthen program performance, and support teams delivering essential services to individuals receiving Innovations Waiver or State-Funded supports. You’ll guide operational excellence, ensure quality outcomes, and play a key role in our continued growth across Michigan. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, and develop the program-level management team. - Build strong relationships with contracted partners and position the Procare Unlimited brand for continued success. - Monitor and drive performance metrics related to clinical operations and service delivery. - Lead onboarding and operational rollout of new business acquisitions and program launches. - Ensure all programs meet or exceed established budgets and revenue targets. - Conduct internal quality control visits and quarterly audits within the region. - Oversee payer and state reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective actions. - Participate in QA/QI and HRC processes to uphold client rights and support continuous improvemen...
