Job Summary: The Grand Opening (GO) Project Coordinator is the backbone of the Grand Opening team and the primary point of contact for our store operations teams, our internal customer, during the Grand Opening process. The GO Project Coordinator ensures every administrative detail is executed flawlessly and that our customers receive a calm and polished Grand Opening experience. The GO Project Coordinator interacts with internal customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They must be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to solve problems before they arise. This role requires proven organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Task & Budget Management: Ensure that store specific task lists are created, tasks are tracked and delivered on time and to budget using Smartsheet.
