Location Malton, North Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced technical professional who is confident operating in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. You will bring: Qualifications: - Strong experience in technical or quality leadership within food manufacturing (protein or meat advantageous) - In-depth knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS (v9), GMP and food safety management systems - Proven experience leading customer, regulatory and certification audits - A track record of developing teams and improving technical culture and compliance - Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing operational decision-making - A practical, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail - Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or a related discipline (preferred) - Formal training in HACCP, food safety standards and internal auditing teams.
