We need an executive leader to bring it all to life across a trauma-informed workforce of 240+ people. This is not a transactional HR role. It's a role for someone who understands that how an organisation treats its people is inseparable from how those people treat the children and families they serve. The Work: You'll lead our people strategy pillar, sit as a peer on our Executive Team, providing timely and accurate advice to the Corporate Executive team, and lead a team of 4.8 FTE across workforce capability, wellbeing, DEI, HR systems, remuneration, WHS, and industrial relations.
