Amentum is currently seeking qualified Supervisor 1 at our Virginia Beach, Virigina Site. The successful candidate will be a charismatic leader with robust communication and problem-solving skills. You will work a flexible schedule, providing coverage to ensure effective oversight during shift operations. Availability for occasional weekend hours is necessary. Job Description: The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Site Supervisor and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight schedule, ensuring they are conducted in the safest manner possible. The supervisor will have oversight over all aspects of maintenance operations, including program quality, logistics, training, analysis, and metrics.
