What Will You Do: The Marketing Operations Manager is the technical backbone of the CRM organization. Operating centrally across multiple game titles, this person translates campaign briefs from the embedded CRM/Lifecycle Managers into fully built, tested, and monitored email, pushnote, in-game messaging, and SMS campaigns within the martech stack. They bring deep platform expertise, maintain quality standards across the campaign portfolio, and serve as the CRM discipline's voice in ensuring excellence in delivery.
