WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Lofts at Yard 56 in Baltimore, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges. We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Saturday.
