Job Details: Job Summary: Tyson Chaplains provide compassionate, spiritual care that explores Team Members’ diverse beliefs, honors their experiences, and empowers them with meaningful resources for their personal lives and careers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a consistent physical presence and compassionate care throughout assigned facilities, adhering to and modeling safety protocols specific to each work environment Spend a minimum of 40% of the workday actively engaging with Team Members across all accessible work areas and break locations, including but not limited to the production floor, Team Member office areas, shipping docks, hatcheries, and feed mills Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to Team Members and their immediate families while respecting people's unique beliefs, values, and experiences Maintain a judgment-free presence, inclusive of all faiths, sexual orientations, and ethnicities Counsel distressed and bereaved individuals and families while providing helpful strategies for understanding and healing Respond to critical incident situations where Team Members or their families have been traumatized Maintain confidentiality in all chaplain...
