About the Role Working directly alongside the Chief People Officer, you will own both the day-to-day operational HR delivery and the business partner relationship with managers and employees across Denmark and our internationally distributed team. You will be someone who is equally comfortable navigating a complex disciplinary process and setting up a new employee in the HRIS the same morning. You take ownership, you spot problems before they escalate, and you understand that in a company of this size, excellent HR is a genuine competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Compliance Talent & Recruitment HR Operations & Administration Culture, Engagement & Development - – First point of escalation for managers on performance, conduct, absence, and grievance matters in Denmark and Sweden; manage cases end-to-end with the CPO as sounding board on complex situations. - – Maintain and update the employee handbook, employment contract templates (DK and SE), and the full HR policy suite; track legislative changes in both jurisdictions and ensure Zenvo remains compliant. - – Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the Employer of Record provider managing 8 international em...
