At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Long Beach, CA. The Plant Manufacturing Engineer is a major contributor to the success of the Manufacturing facility and is responsible for discovering opportunities to improve productivity and implement sustainable solutions. This role requires an individual with a strong “find it and fix it” mentality who is driven by a desire to work with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and implement modern solutions in a mature facility. This is a hybrid role and requires a dynamic engineer who can serve as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, and Continuous Improvement Engineer. The salary range is between $100,000-$130,000 annually.
