Per Diem ***Full-Time-Day Shift*** SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Executive Director and Wellness Director, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the management of the day to day operations of the health and wellness component of the community, to ensure the maximum levels of resident functional ability, safety, and well-being. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret facility forms, signs and product instructions. Ability to speak clearly and interpret verbal communication. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • High degree of interpersonal relationship skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
