Job description

Summary: Ensures that all outgoing jobs have been correctly processed and meet all industry and company standards for optics and cosmetics, utilizing automated and manual processes as appropriate. Jobs not meeting standards are documented on reprocessing form and forwarded to the appropriate section for disposition. Pay Class and Pay Pay Class: Full Time Pay: $18.10 - $19.16 per hour Essential Responsibilities: Prioritize tray processing flow as dictated by tray color and daily work ticket color. Maintain production standards as assigned by management. Verify that all areas outlined on the work ticket checklist are within standards for uncut and finished eyewear, with or without AR coating. Validate Visionworks and ANSI Prescription Tolerance and Standards compliance utilizing lens analyzer. Properly identify and analyze errors creating breakage rejects at the final inspection station. Enter breakage for reprocessing as required. Clean lens to ensure they meet cosmetic standards and place lens into Ultrasonic Basket.
