Responsibilities : Under the Supervision of the Maintenance and Grounds Coordinator, will take day to day direction from the Job Coach / Grounds Crew Leader, while performing grounds keeping and general grounds maintenance at Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties owned and contracted Facilities. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program /sub unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures. Typical tasks include but are not limited to the following: mowing, string trimming, edging lawns; pruning ornamental landscape trees and shrubs, weeding and general Grounds Maintenance and Care. Requirements : High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Experience as a general groundskeeper required. Must be able to work outside in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
