Overview Salary: $50,000 to $55,000, depending on experience Full-Time Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week, with occasional evening hours and rotational on-call weekends Location: 3205 N Twyman Rd, Independence, MO 64058 Every day as a: Residential Manager , you will lead a team of Youth Mentors (Behavioral Health Technicians) and Shift Supervisors to foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for our students. With your strong communication skills and people-first approach, you will oversee scheduling, safety, staff development, and the overall care and upkeep of the residential home, while collaborating closely with program directors to ensure smooth, effective operations. At Embark Independence, we are dedicated to creating a secure and encouraging environment that supports real-life change for our students, ages 12-17. Our team works tirelessly to uncover the academic, social, and emotional potential of teenagers held back by behavioral challenges.
