Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Manage executive schedules, including high-priority meetings and travel arrangements. Independently prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communication materials. Oversee and coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external executive communications. Ensure compliance with corporate policies in executive-level operations. Oversee departmental budgets and expense reporting. Handle confidential information and high-priority assignments. Coordinate executive events, including board meetings and conferences. Provide data analysis and insights to support executive decision-making. Identify and implement improvements in executive workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable. Minimum 2+ years in administrative roles supporting senior professionals or executives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Strong knowledge of project management and corporate systems. Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous.
