This role sits at the centre of commercial decision ‑ making, translating data into insight that drives revenue growth, productivity and sustainable performance improvement. You’ll lead a team of analysts and performance specialists, working closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to identify opportunities, manage risk, and optimise performance levers including incentives and commission schemes.
