Job Description: The Role The Director, Technology Strategy is responsible for supporting the development, articulation, and governance of Fidelity’s Asset Management Technology (AMT) strateg y and associated multi ‑ year technology roadmap. Reporting to the V ice President , Technology Strategy, this position sits within the Technology Strategy & Governance (TSG) tea m in Asset Management. Support the creation, refinement, and maintenance of AM Technology’s multi ‑ year technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise ‑ level technology direction. Translate complex strategy content into executive briefs, strategic narratives, annual plans, and roadmap visuals—for audiences at all levels, including senior leadership and cross ‑ functional stakeholders. In partnership with the Asset Management communications team, lead the dissemination of strategy through executive presentations, All Associate Meeting s , and AM Tech leadership meetings to ensure consistent understanding and alignment across AM Technology.
