JOB TITLE: Clinical Office Leader JOB SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES: The Medical Staff Lead will work closely with the other members of the team to ensure exceptional clinic operations through effective and efficient patient and employee care. This individual is not a micro-manager but is instead a culture leader that takes pride in creating a culture of excellence that drives the willingness of all our team members to take individual ownership of problems and opportunities. The Medical Staff Lead will be responsible for a single clinic or a territory of clinics, underneath an assigned Office Manager. This coordinator is responsible for people management by handling clinic Human Resource functions, managing staff, and responding to customer complaints about the clinic(s). This position has the authority to oversee clinic personnel and provide directions for staff members. This position will handle the scheduling of staff, management of labor, basic employee relations, performance management, and more.
