The Opportunity We are seeking a Contract Support Specialist (CSS) for our Transportation-Construction Management (T-CM) team in the Wildwood/Orlando, FL area. As a Contract Support Specialist (CSS), you will monitor the contractor’s construction activities and materials to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and other contract documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, is enthusiastic, motivated, honest, and dependable. Requirements: - Review detailed records of the contractor’s daily operations including manpower, equipment, construction methods, and events that affect the work - Prepare and process monthly and final pay estimates - Ensure all calculations are correct and conform with contract requirements - Track all pay quantities - Verify dimensions of completed work - Process Contract Change Orders and Supplemental Agreements - Review and Approve all materials incorporated into the project by certification, testing, or other approved methods - Perform EEO compliance verification - Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience; or have a Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Constructi...
